Giola is a special case of a lake, something like a lagoon, a natural pool with green water on the side of the sea. It looks like a swimming pool, its size is 20 to 15 meters long. The waves of the sea and the rocks that encircle it were formed over the centuries by the proponents.
Its green waters, which are warmer than those of the sea, are about three meters deep. Its two sides are lowered until they reach the other end, touching almost the surface of the sea.
Each wave of the sea slowly renews the crystal water of the natural pool. You can swim, dove from the “stairs” that form the rocks, and sunbathe on the wide rocks around.

According to the tradition, the source once wanted to be called untrustworthy Turks. At that time it dried up in a miraculous way, and it sprouted, and still springs, into a cave close to the sea. The sacraments fell dead.
